FrameMetadata.DriverFrameLastPacketTime Property
Contains the time at which the last packet of this frame was received by the driver.
Syntax: 
[C#]
public TimeSpan DriverFrameLastPacketTime { get; };
Remarks:

This may be 0 if the driver does not generate timestamps.

This timestamp is created from a driver-specific time source.
