Mac OS X Driver DFG/1394-1e

In association with Aupperle Services and Contracting, we are delighted to present an OS X driver for the The Imaging Source Video-to-Firewire Converter, DFG/1394-1e. Using this driver, you can use the DFG/1394-1e to deliver uncompressed, full size, full frame rate NTSC or PAL YUV 4:2:2 video over FireWire to your Mac. Main features of Mac OS X driver:

  • Uncompressed YUV 4:2:2 video Better color fidelity and uses far less CPU cycles to display than DV.
  • Up to 3 DFG/1394-1e The driver supports up to 3 DFG/1394-1es, delivering live video simultaneously. Only one DV converter can be used on the Mac at any one time. This is a major feature for video broadcasting of live events.
  • Image Property Adjustment in Real Time Real time control of hue, saturation, brightness, contrast and sharpness settings.
