37 Series Color Cameras Featuring Sony STARVIS IMX462
|
The Imaging Source is pleased to announce the addition of the Sony STARVIS IMX462 sensor to its 37 Series housed and board-level cameras. The rolling-shutter CMOS sensor employs a back-illuminated CMOS structure which significantly improves the sensors' low-light sensitivity and color rendition.
In addition to the benefits provided by the back-illuminated sensor design, the IMX462 also features deeper pixel wells which substantially improve the sensor's visible and near infrared (NIR) imaging capabilities. Newly available in The Imaging Source's 37 Series housed and board-level cameras, the IMX462 delivers contrast-rich images even at very low light levels, making it ideal for applications such as security, surveillance, factory automation and astronomy.
- Sensor: STARVIS (rolling shutter) IMX462
- Resolution: 2.1 MP
- Sensor format: 1/2.8"
- Max Frame Rate: 143 fps
